ｓRGBでもAdobeRGBでもご入稿された画像は適切に処理しますので問題ありません。プリンタの色空間はｓRGBやAdobeRGBとは当然異なっていますのでこだわる必要はありません。画像ファイルにプロファイルが埋め込まれていない場合は一般的なｓRGBとして取り扱いさせていただきます。
